Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. I tracked down package that was delivered to the wrong address.
This company did nothing to help solve the issue & did not respond to direct requests. I love L'ange products. I own several.
I would advise anyone to purchase at another site, i.e., Ulta. The L'ange company will not assist you if something goes wrong with your order.

Verified Reviewer |I love lounge products. That’s all I use and they came at a great time in my life when nothing else would work. But I can’t begin to tell you how many times the products in the spray cans stop working
Ive been using Lange products for a long time, but I seem to have the same problem each time and I dont want to spend money on cans. That will stop working half filled.
Right now its the root booster. Ive had five different cans and each time halfway through they stopped spraying. Its my favorite of all products right now. Im hoping that Lange can do something to let me know why I'm having this problem each time.
Ive got a half full can right here now. I have sent emails, but no one has answered me. Id appreciate if you let me know why this is happening.
Cause I want to buy more root booster. Thank you very much.

I ordered the new Curling wand with 3 free items was advertised! The curling wand doesnt work for my hair.
I paid 84.31 and when requesting to return they are only going to refund $38.61 as they are deducting the free products that they say I cant return! This is false advertising!!

I plugged it in several different times, and it will still not heat at all. I bought this right around Christmas, and it is very disappointing because I have not had it a year yet.

Unacceptable and very unprofessional. I couldn't speak with human Representative.
They sent me a tracking number in an email on 1/22/25 for the new shipment and it does when I check the tracking number is states it has been delivered. The delivery address wasn't even to the correct state.
My number is 919-498-**** my correct mailing address 2650 Liberty LN SW Lot 28 Supply NC. This is ridiculous!
This has been going on for 2-3 weeks now, with no customer assistance available. I plan to post this issue on social media soon, advising others not to order from this company. I am unable to make contact with a human representative. All I get are generic emails with no solution as to why my product was undeliverable and sent back.
There's also no response regarding when and if they plan to resend it.
I've received and responded to three emails asking for the correct address and shipping address, but there's still no solution. I advise you not to order from this company.

Blow dryer complaint
I bought a blow dryer back in August and I love the blow dryer. Over the past couple weeks the blow dryer wouldnt turn off when I would use the off switch.
Now, it wont turn off at all. I have to unplug it with each use of trying to turn off. Its a pain.
Wondering what we can do since the low dryer is less than a year old. Thank you!

OpI bought your product a while ago. Never opened it till now.
I just wanted to take advantage of your promo. Well! To my surprise, I was sent a used product. Some bristles are bent, the back of brush dirty and even though who ever used it, try to remove hair there was a couple left.

I am so disgusted and disappointed. How in the world with you not check before reselling. I tried my best to use in the pictures but not the same as seeing it. Bought online, I dont have the receipt.

I ordered your straightening brush a while ago. I never opened it till today.
I just wanted to take advantage of your promo. To my surprise, it is a used product. Some bristles are bent and even though whom ever returned it tried to clean the hair, a few were left behind.
I am disgustedit and grossed out, even the back of the brush is dirty. I am so disappointed, that you wouldn't check your product before reselling it.
