I did not except order from fedex. I asked for order to be canceled but it had already shipped. How long before my money in back in my account
Why was my order refunded?

My products were ruined when I got them in the mail.
I got four bottles of the violet shampoos and conditioners. The one bottle of shampoo was opened and then there was *** in the side of the conditioner bottle so it ran all out and all over the other bottles.
It’s a mess the whole package was ruined.
