It's a long story. Suffice to know that I was unimportant in this process & never talked to anyone, just passed from one electronic department to another. In the " just answer" chat, the rep hung up on me.
I have a credit and am trying to make a purchase to no avail. I cant get help either. Very frustrating
So far good customer service but the issue has not been 100% resolved yet. It would be a lot easier to resolve issues if they had a customer service phone number to reach a live person.
