So far good customer service but the issue has not been 100% resolved yet. It would be a lot easier to resolve issues if they had a customer service phone number to reach a live person.

Unacceptable and very unprofessional. I couldn't speak with human Representative. They sent me a tracking number in an email on 1/22/25 for the new shipment and it does when I check the tracking number is states it has been delivered. The delivery address wasn't even to the correct state. My number is 919-498-**** my correct mailing address 2650 Liberty LN SW Lot 28 Supply NC. This is ridiculous!
